Please check if you have approved all the album designs.
Check whether you have any payment due, as any album will not be processed to printing if you havent any due payments.
Generaly your tracking information will be avaliable to us. If you like to know the status of your order, let know we will update you.

Can I return the photobook if I don't like it?
As these are custom-designed approved by you. We are afraid we do not accept returns. If a book is received damaged or has a manufacturing error, a replacement will be sent out to you. Please contact us if you need any futher help.
Standard Delivery & Timing
As we are partners with Canvera to printing albums. They also ship your ablums directly to you home after a Quality Check. As always, it will be On time & Assured Delivery. Here are the general Delivery Timeframe according to which every location you are located.
Payment Issues will hold your order back. We dont have a COD or Print first then we will pay you option.

*Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
*Pin-codes / Regions not serviced by standard courier services directly, will be dispatched through Indian Speed Post and transit time will be 7 days.
* Orders ready for print after 8:30 pm will be processed on the next working day.
